Where are you based?

We are based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. In the East of England.

What warranty / guarantee do I get with any products I purchase.

All items are supplied without warranty unless detailed in the Product Specification section within each product.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs of each item is calculated by weight when you checkout an item. The cost of shipping will be shown before you pay for an item.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Where can you ship to?

We ship to all mainland UK locations. Certain Locations including Ireland and Scottish Highlands plus Selected Others May Incur Surcharges, Please Check Before Ordering.

International shipping is by individual arrangement only.

Can I fit my gas/electric product myself?

Where Necessary Items Must Be Fitted or Installed by a Registered/Qualified Gas/Electric Contractor.

Failure to have the appliance fitted by a Gas Safe Registered engineer or a Qualified Electrician is an offence under UK law, and will invalidate the appliances warranty.

Gas Appliances are not Supplied with any Hoses, Fittings or Regulators. These Must be Supplied By the Engineer upon Installation.
