We use recognised carriers to ship our items, we request that you carefully check all packages before signing and accepting delivery. If your package is damaged in any way, please refuse the item and notify us within 24 hours.
Please note: Carriage to Certain Locations including Ireland and Scottish Highlands plus Selected Others May Incur Surcharges, Please Check Before Ordering.
We accept returns within 14 days (unused items only).
If your product is unwanted you can return it to us as long as you return the item unused, undamaged and in it's original packaging. You will need to pay your own return postage costs and be responsible for the item if it is damaged in transit. (We Recommend Carriage Insurance)
We offer a 12 month back to base warranty (manufacturing defects only).
We reserve the right to either send out a replacement part or have your item returned for repair, replacement or refund at our own discretion. If an item does have to be returned under our back to base warranty you will be responsible for the cost of delivery to and from our East Anglian depot.
We're sorry but delivery costs are non-refundable.
We can only issue refunds for the cost of the item; we do not refund delivery costs.
IMPORTANT - Where necessary this Item must be fitted or installed by a registered/qualified Gas/Electric contractor.
Failure to have the appliance fitted by a gas safe registered engineer or a qualified electrician is an offence, and will invalidate the appliances warranty.
Gas appliances are not supplied with any hoses, fittings or regulators. These must be supplied by the engineer upon installation.
For commercial gas appliances, we will not under any circumstance accept any return or warranty claim if this unit has not been installed by a registered Catering GAS Safe engineer and an installation certificate MUST be provided in such a case.
